Kathy has thirty-five years of bookkeeping experience for law firms in Colorado. Matt and Kathy worked together for 25 years. Matt is delighted that Kathy has joined our firm, and taken the reigns on office management and bookkeeping.

Anna Mass

Legal Assistant

Anna joined Ferguson Schindler Law Firm, P.C. as the firm’s legal assistant in September 2022. She graduated with distinction from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a BA in History and Peace, War and Defense. Anna worked as a research assistant in UNC’s archives where she assisted professors, students, and other archival patrons. Prior to joining Ferguson Schindler Law Firm, P.C., Anna worked as a senior case manager for a Washington D.C. law firm where she prepared claims and drafted appeals for U.S. Veterans in complex disability cases.

A native of North Carolina’s coast, Anna grew up sailing, swimming competitively, boating, and water skiing. Anna has traveled extensively including to Peru and Colombia and has lived in Israel. Anna is happy to have chosen Aspen as her new hometown. These days you can find Anna skiing, hiking, rock climbing, sailing, paddleboarding, but still watching Tar Heel basketball.

Monica Talley

Paralegal

Monica joined Ferguson Schindler Law Firm, P.C. in August 2022 as a litigation and trial paralegal. She brings over eight years of experience working as a paralegal primarily focusing on business, civil and complex litigation. Monica has a passion for assisting attorneys and their clients at all stages of a case and specializes in the discovery and trial preparation phases of litigation. Monica takes great pride in her work and feels she has found the perfect fit at Ferguson Schindler.

Originally from Georgia, Monica and her husband recently moved out west to explore everything mountain life has to offer. On the weekends Monica can usually be found trail running, hiking, and learning to ski.
